Variable Creation on user entry FISPER

Hi All,

 

 

I need help to design a BEx Query , currently I am facing a challenge. The client require the report query design as per the screen shot.

 

Hence I have

 

1. I have calculated YTD using 0P_FPER (User Entry Value).

2. But the rest figures , I need to display over the periods , for example user entered 003.2009 , the Key Figure should be displayed under three column 001 till 003 and YTD Key figure in single column cumulative of all three periods.

 

3. Please help as I am unable to create variable which will give me 002.2009 and another variable 003.2009 ..

 

 

The number of column should be dynamic in nature depending upon user entry.

we have given the release status for all pricing entry; from VK13 pricing display mode if we select create with reference then Proc status is defualtly it is in the released status.

Can we tax in another currency?

Hi All,

 

We want to implement the below scenario:

 

Goods are purchased on a USD PO. When the invoice is submitted, the payment is made in USD but it also has a tax figure which should be in another currency, e.g. AUD.

 

Hence, requirement is:

PO in USD

IR in USD

Tax component of IR in AUD

 

Please advise if this is possible in standard SAP.

Issue in TM

Hi,

 

I am having three different issue in TM, can any one help me in this.

 

1) In PRAP, when i open trip number, i am not able to see the PDF form of travel request and expense like in TRIP t.code. is there any configuration required? In TRIP i am able to see it in PDF.

 

2) I am having project for Germany country. Issue is related to deduction for the first and last of TRIP for per diem meal. per diem meal is 12 EUR and deduction is coming 14.4 so system should show -2.4 but system is showing as 0 (ZERO). Do i missing any config for this?

 

3) we have business requirement for another roll out where requirement is per day allowance should be based on time. after 12 pm there should X rate on day of travel and on return date before 12 pm rate should be Y. I have done the configuration in "Reimbursement Amounts for Meals/Time" but still system is picking full day rate only.i.e. from Define Per Diems for Meals/Time Per Day. how to configure this requirement.

 

Pls. help me on the above issue,

Dropdown Values using GET_V

Hello Experts,

I have written a logic in the GET_V method of one of the attributes to display certain values in the drop down.

 

I am setting the Key Value pair for the DDLB as below:

I am generating the Key value programmatically using a counter and the actual value is being read from a DB table

 

The value is also being correctly displayed in the UI.

 

However the issue is, the actual value that is being set is the Key value and not the actual (texts) value.

And because of this the key value is also getting saved in the backend as-well.

 

Although in the UI, correct value is being displayed.

 

Can any one please provide me pointers for the same.

Initialization of repository destination JCoDemoSystem failed

Hello Experts,

 

We are trying to connect on premise CRM from HCP using RFC destination, We have done the destination settings on HCP and mapping to virtual to internal system in SCC, However we are getting following error -

 

Exception occurred while executing STFC_CONNECTION in system JCoDemoSystem

com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (102) JCO_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Initialization of repository destination JCoDemoSystem failed: Opening connection to backend failed:

I Have attached the screen shot for HCP and SCC Settings and also the full exception.

Any pointer and help would be appreciated.

Requirement for conrtolling Transport Request description when creating it

Hi all,

 

I implemented the method CHECK_BEFORE_CREATION of the Badi CTS_REQUEST_CHECK to control the description of the transport request before creating it.

So, in the method CHECK_BEFORE_CREATION, I call a function module and itself calls a screen with fields , then I get the value entered and add a separator and affect it to the description (text).

The problem is that I need the user to click on the save button after entering some description to show the dialog.

What I want to do is to show the dialog before this screen and when clicking on the validate button of the dialog this screen (Create Request) shows up with the Short Description field filled and grayed.

 

I don't know if my requirement is possible to achieve or not, but if it is please tell me how or just give me tips.

Data flows are getting started but not completing successfully while extracting/loading of the data

Hello People,

 

We are facing a abnormal behavior with the dataflows in the data services job.

 

Scenario:

We are extracting the data from CRM end in parallel. Please refer the build:

a. We have 5 main workflows flows i.e :

   => Main WF1 has 6 more sub Wf's in it, in which each sub Wf has 1/2 DF's associated in parallel.

   => Main WF2 has 21 DF's and 1 WFa->with a DF & a WFb. WFb has 1 DF in parallel.

   => Main WF3 has 1 DF in parallel.

   => Main WF4 has 3 DF in parallel.

   => Main WF5 has 1 WF & a DF in sequence.


b. Regularly the job works perfectly fine but, sometimes it gets stuck at the DF’s without any error logs.


c. Job doesn’t stuck at a specific dataflow or on a specific day, many a times it strucks at different DF’s.

d. Observations in the Monitor Log:

Where LT: Lapse Time and AT: Absolute time

 

If you check the monitor log, the State of the Dataflow DF1 remains PROCEED till the end, ideally it should complete.

In successful jobs, the status for DF1  is STOP . This DF takes approx. 2 min to execute.

 

The row count for DF1 extraction is 234204 but, it got stuck at  234000.

Then we terminate the job after sometime,but for surprise it gets executed successfully on next day.

e. As per analysis over all the failed jobs, same things were observed over the different data flows that got stuck during the execution.Logic related to the data flows is perfectly fine.

 

Observations in the Trace log:

 

DATAFLOW: Process to execute data flow <DF1> is started.

DATAFLOW: Data flow <DF1> is started.

ABAP: ABAP flow <ZABAPDF> is started.

ABAP: ABAP flow <ZABAPDF> is completed.

Cache statistics determined that data flow <DF1>

uses <0>caches with a total size of <0> bytes. This is less than(or equal to) the virtual memory <1609564160> bytes available for caches.

Statistics is switching the cache type to IN MEMORY.

DATAFLOW: Data flow <DF1> using IN MEMORY Cache.

 

DATAFLOW: <DF1> is completed successfully.

 

The highlighted text in the trace log is not appearing in the unsuccessful job but, it appears for the successful one.

 

Note: The cache type is pageable cache, DS ver is 3.2.


Please suggest.

Need User Exit's and BADI to block the short text field for purchase order(PO).

Hi Friends,

 

Need your help to block the short text field in ME21n,Me23n,Me24n and Me29n of a purchase order by implementing User Exit and Badi.

I tried to find the user exit and Badi but i didnt find anything to implement logic only for short text(ch_fieldselection-metafield = MMMFD_SHORT_TEXT ).

Can you please help me if anyone has implemented this logic.

Hi Experts, I have around 300 tables, will be maintaining History Data , Daily data last 60 days, For Example if the job fails during loading in the middle, i want to rerun the job, before rerunning i want to delete the same day data that is loaded in some tables Any idea or Suggesion how to delete from all the tables, i want to automate the process Thanks

XSOData Post return ID

Hi Colleagues,

 

I've created a xsodata service, and since I'm using a sequence to control the primary key, I've created a procedure to insert the information, calling the sequence.NEXTVAL when doing the insert.

 

In the header of the procedure I have two parameters (one IN and one OUT), The first parameter (IN) is the row itself, with the information that I need to insert, and the other parameter (OUT) is the error table, to get possible error messages.

 

Another remark is that, since when doing the post I need to inform all fields, I always perform the post setting ZERO in the ID.

 

The question is, can I somehow, receive the ID of the record inserted as the result/return of the post?

 

One idea was to set the ID in the row parameter, but since the row parameter is IN, I cannot modify it...

Components inspection at the picking and before consumption

Hi experts,

 

We need to figure out the scenario where manufacturing requires components inspection when production order is released..

 

We don't want to consume components before triggering inspection lot, because for my concern (and I think from a logical process flow) components have to be inspected to avoid their inclusion in the production.


By using inspection type 02, we have to consume components on the production order before triggering inspection lot. This is not what we want.
