The requirement:-
Leave is accrued each month on the last day of the month – this is working 100%.
Should an Employee have 12 days or more unpaid leave then the entitlement for that month falls away. I have written 2 PCR’s for the 1st is to identify unpaid Absences and the 2nd is to populate a Time Type which is assigned to the Period Balance in the Accrual Entitlement. This is working but should the unpaid leave be on the last day of the month this is not counted. So if an Employee has unpaid leave for 12 days with the 31.03.2014 being the last day of the month the accrual still takes place due to the last day of unpaid not being counted.
Any help in this regard will be appreciated. MrVivek Barnwal would you be able to assist?
The Configuration
Rule ZUPL calculates the unpaid absence days and adds this to TT ZUP1 - this is working correctly
ZAL1 Assigned to Quota accrual if the unpaid absences are >11 (i.e. 12 or more days) - this is working correctly unless the unpaid absence is on the last day of the month.
The results
12 Unpaid Leave days with the end date falling on the last day of the month - the 12th day is not picked up
The quota is generated on 31.03.2014 which is not correct
12 Unpaid Leave days with the end date not falling on the last day of the month - the 12th day is picked up and the quota not generated on 31.03.2014
The quota is not generated on 31.03.2014 - this is the result I require when there are 12 days unpaid leave even if it is on the last day of the month
