Edit XSLT file with XMLspy

Hi Experts,

Can anyone  explain me from the begining, how to make a set up to access an xslt file of B1if from XMLspy?

when I open XMl file and give the URL of the http://127.0.0.1:8080/B1iXcellerator/exec/dummy, it says "internal error in the server"
