Problem with MIGO in Production System

Hi,

I have a problem working with MIGO Transaction.

In Quality System,I have take one material number from MKPF table,For that article it shows WEVER field value is 3,even i am checking in MIGO it shows WEVER value is 3,and even i am checking MB03 also it is showing 3.So in quality it is working fine.

In Production System,I have take one material number from MKPF table,For that article it shows WEVER field value is empty,even i am checking in MIGO it shows WEVER value is 1,but by default it will show 3 even value is not in MKPF and even i am checking MB03 also it is showing 1.So in production some problem is coming.Please help me.Here i am attaching my screen shots which are in Quality System.
