Fiori Apps - facing problem

Hi ,

out backend system is 7.31 sp 5 and gateway system is 702 sp13

I am facing some problems as below.

1) Launch page - login is coming as popup , not with the fiori standard logon page.

2) from the launch page ,when i go inside any app and come out it works , but once again i try to go inside app ,its not navigating.

3) for sales order app , in SIMGH ( backend app) , the default parameters are not shown ,is it standard ?  also there are 3 fields  Parameter type , parameter name and parameter value  . in installation guide only 2 fields are described , parameter name  and value .

Does anybody know how to solve above problem .
