Period wise closing balance in both MM side as well as FI side

Hi All,

    Our clients wants to seen the closing balance for  particular period ( not for month but some specific from, to date) with GL wise and also wants to compare with MM side closing balance with material movement transaction details and expects the same should be match from both MM side entries as well as FI side entries. Which report we have to use to check closing balance in FI side as well as MM side and to compare both closing balance should be match? For MM side report like MB5B, for FI side report like S_ALR_87012284. Please correct us whether our understanding and our requirement is correct or not and please guide us how to get this done?
