how to approach fro the below requirement

hi experts,

              We need to design for below requirement.

      clients want to see materials of a contract and he also want pos of that matierial which are there in that contract irrespective of contract.

     i.e for example if contract c1 have m1,m2,m3.he wants to see pos of m1 for all contracts.

    the complexity is he wants this requiremnte in single report which is not happening 

     please guide me.
