Hi Experts,
Recently we are facing an issue with help file download. Initially help file in the client machine was configured perfectly and was working fine. Suddenly there was a pop up message showing to download help file for unknown reason, where it is taking about 30mins to download in each client machine. Moreover the help file settings is configured to b1_shr folder in SAP Business One server and Client machines are running in the Citrix terminal. Is there any know reason for this issue? or Is there anything to do with server and Citrix connectivity?
