Browser Title Change Dynamically in portal 7.0

HI Experts,

we are on portal 7.0 and our portal is External Facing portal.

We are having a requirement that when a Tab is selected then the tab name should be displayed in the browser title.

I have already made change in the System Administration->Service Configuration->pcm.htm.title .

we have set the Static Message here. It is getting Displayed in the browser title now But i want to display the selected Page - Custom Title.

Please Guide me.This is Very Urgent.
