How to send same data from source system to two different target systems/clients

Dear All,

I have a requirement where i have to transfer the incoming data from source system (AA1CLNT100) to PI (BB1CLNT001) to two different systems/clients (say CC1CLNT420 & CC1CLNT442).

Can you provide inputs how and where to handle the logic for routing the same message to different systems.
