Change Leave request not triggering

Dear SDNers,

I created a new WF by copying WS21500001 and maintained my new workflow under "processing processes"

Here is the screen shot

So,whenever I create new leave request, WS99600062 is triggering. But When approved leave request changed, I am getting leave request submitted message, but workflow is not triggered. Why workflow WS99600071 is not triggered.

Maintained below entry at Transition Table at PTARQ transaction.

But why workflow is not triggering. How I am getting successfull message when I change and send approved leave request

Kindly guide me what I am missing.

Note:Workflow has been maintained as general task.
