PO create using "/AFS/BAPI_PO_CREATE" in ECC6

I am getting the following message when creating a PO using "/AFS/BAPI_PO_CREATE" in ECC6.

"Season Active AFS material cannot be processed using transaction SE38"

This function module worked fine in ECC5
