how to control Withholding tax Screen

Hi Experts ,

                  I am having problem  to control  Withholding tax screen using t cod  f-43 , while posting   the withholding tax screen is  appear with only 4

                   blocks and i wanted to show all block on first appear .

       please its very urgent .
