Epm for 64bit office 2010

Hi Experts,

Can anyone tell me the what are the prereqisites to install 64 bit office 2010,

If I run under IE 64 bit then able to see epm addin for excel, if i click on that the excel crashes,but if I run under 32 bit of IE then we get install EPM Add in.

we are using bpc10 sp17,patch1, .net4

Can anyone help me on this.
