Some info about object keep visible.

hi..

have a look on below code..

i open the emp master in find mode enter * and then press the find button

object was opened, i check keep visible..

so, immediately another emp master form will be open..(Which means two emp master forms are open)

and then updating some value and then master file is close

emp object is open and again i update record and close it..

i need this type of functionality...

i have customization form i would like to do the same type of functionality...

here what is happening is once choose the record new form is not open..

only one record that particular record is  open and that is all so i am not able to select any thing

bcz emp object form is selected..

is it possible to use keep visible functionality..........
