I configured the service process in CRM to be controlling relevant with account assignment to a WBS. Setup the CO integration setting in SAP ECC accordingly.
Service orders are being created without (CO) errors but I noticed that no entries are maintained in SAP ECC table IAOM_ASSIGNMENTS which is where typically the system maintains the link between the service order object and the CO object used. I do see entries in table IAOM_EXT_OBJ_INF.
I'm trying to work out if the no entries in IAOM_ASSIGNMENTS table is a problem or thats the way it should be. Like to know this because the logistics integration in CRM Service checks for entries in the IAOM_ASSIGNMENTS table and as such that process now triggers an error due to lack of entries in the table.
