query hours worked on a holiday

Dear All,

We have a requirement to calculate quota for number of hours worked on holidays

Our time management status is1

The p10 and P20 entries have been updated in IT-2011

I  have used HRS=PNUM

VARSTFREE  Plnd hrs DWS = 0?

   N

     VARSTPRSNT Employee at work

       N

       Y

         VARSTABSWD EE absent for day

           N

             VARSTDAYTY Day type

               *

               1

                 HRS=PNUM   Set

                 ADDDB999V  Add to day balance

However my time type 999V is not getting populated .In TES it is showing zero ,although there is punch entry on the holiday P10-10.00 and P20 =17:00

so it should have shown as 7

Is Hrs=pnum the correct operation to query hours worked  based on IT-2011
